Privacy Policy

Our website has no membership or user accounts. When you visit the website, we record your IP address, browser and device information, the source you came from, the pages you visit, the time of your visit and your clicks on the website (e.g. phone, WhatsApp and email links, starting to fill in the form). If you submit the contact form, we also receive your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and your message. What you type into the form is not recorded unless you submit it.

Our website does not use advertising cookies. To link the pages you view within the same visit, a random session ID is kept in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage); it is deleted when you close the tab. Visit records are deleted automatically after 90 days. If you choose “Reject” in the cookie banner at the bottom of the site, visit recording stops and the records of that visit are deleted; you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, and Google may use its own cookies when you view it.

• Google Maps: The map on our contact page is provided by Google. When you view it, technical information such as your IP address may be sent to Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp: When you click a WhatsApp link, you are taken to the WhatsApp app; those conversations are subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms.

We do not sell or rent your information or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Because our website and email service run on servers outside Türkiye, the information you send is processed on those service providers' servers.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information against unauthorised access.
